Our leases are 12 month is length, generally from September to August of each year. Ask a leasing specialist about immediate move-in options and promotions.
 

The building is located on the corner of Princess and Victoria Street with approximately 1,200m to Stauffer Library.

We accept certified service animals and emotional support animals. Documentation and up to date vet records must be supplied to the management team with your application. 

All units are fully-furnished. 

Residents are responsible for their electricity within their unit. Gas, heat, water and Bell Fibre internet are included in the monthly rent amount. 

We provide underground parking for an additional fee. Please contact our office for pricing.

Foundry Princess is purpose-built student community for students at Queens University, St Lawrence College, and Royal Military College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us. 

Yes, tenant insurance is required and coverage is automatically provided to you through Apollo Insurance, via your lease agreement.
