Our leases are 12 month is length, generally from May to April of each year. 

The building is located on the corner of Princess and Victoria Street with approximately 1,200m to Stauffer Library.

We accept certified service animals and emotional support animals. Documentation and up to date vet records must be supplied to the management team with your application. 

All units are fully-furnished. 

Residents are responsible for their electricity within their unit. Gas, heat, water and Bell Fibre internet are included in the monthly rent amount. 

Personal contents are not covered under our leases agreements. All residents are required to purchase tenant's insurance and provide proof to our office prior to move-in. We recommend Apollo insurance for coverage- click here to get started. 

We provide underground parking for an additional fee. Please contact our office for pricing.

Foundry Princess is purpose-built student community for students at Queens University, St Lawrence College, and Royal Military College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us.
